However, if you express interest in a specific property and would like the agency to contact you, we have provided an inquiry form that works just like sending an email directly to the agency.

You decide which contact details to share. You may enter a nickname or any name that does not identify you if you wish to protect your privacy. A phone number is not required unless you specifically want to be contacted by phone. The email address can be a work address or an alternative one — it will simply serve as the channel for the agency to reply to your inquiry.

Email is used for basic communication. Your message is forwarded to the real estate agency, and the effect is the same as if you had sent an email directly from your own email client (e.g. Outlook) or webmail service (e.g. gmail.com).

Identification may become necessary at a later stage that falls outside the scope of using this website — specifically, if you arrange a property viewing with the agency that contacts you back. In that case, identification is required in accordance with the agency’s legal obligations.

Your IP address is of no interest to us, except in specific situations where this website is being misused, namely:

• When property data is being scraped manually or automatically:
  • scraping of property data is strictly prohibited
  • downloading and especially reproducing images is strictly prohibited
  • submitting fake inquiries through the form with the intent of offering services or products, or any communication other than a genuine expression of interest in a specific property
  • spamming, or any intensive or malicious use of the website

In any of the above cases, we will exercise our intellectual property rights and, through legal channels, request that the hosting provider identify the offender.

Since this website does not store logs itself, any such logs reside on the hosting provider’s servers and are handled in accordance with the hosting provider’s GDPR policies.

This website integrates Google Analytics code generated by Google itself for the purposes of this site. Google goes to great lengths to protect its users and restricts any data collection beyond what is legally permitted, especially in the latest versions of the scripts we use.

Google explicitly requires consent for cookies, and this consent mechanism is integrated into the website. You may decline consent without affecting the basic functionality of the site.
